# AI for HR training in Basel

AI for HR, part of the AI Workshop programme, delivers private four-hour and full-day workshops at client workplaces in Basel or online. All sessions are delivered in English.

Basel's life-sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and cross-border workforce makes controlled knowledge work especially important. Workshop exercises can cover source-grounded policy support, specialist role and interview preparation, onboarding knowledge paths and structured summaries from approved notes.

Existing compliance, quality and information-security rules are treated as programme inputs. AI can support preparation and language work; an accountable person checks context, confidentiality and every material people-related decision.
