# AI for HR training in Bern

AI for HR, part of the AI Workshop programme, delivers private four-hour and full-day workshops at client workplaces in Bern or online. All sessions are delivered in English.

Bern combines federal administration, associations, healthcare, education and nationally active organisations. Useful workshop areas include clearer guidance from approved policies, bilingual first drafts, structured consultation notes and consistent onboarding or learning plans. Traceability, accessibility and stakeholder alignment are treated as design requirements.

Participants define sources, responsible reviewers, success signals and escalation rules for one practical pilot. The programme does not delegate hiring, promotion, performance, compensation, discipline or termination decisions to AI.
