# AI for HR training in Lausanne

AI for HR, part of the AI Workshop programme, delivers private four-hour and full-day workshops at client workplaces in Lausanne and the canton of Vaud, or online. All sessions are delivered in English.

Lausanne's ecosystem spans technology, universities, life sciences, public-interest organisations and international businesses. Exercises can cover French and English employee communication, learning content, role briefs, policy questions and meeting-to-action workflows.

Participants test outputs against approved sources, document the human interpretation required and create one bounded pilot with review safeguards. AI does not select, rank, promote, discipline or dismiss people.
