# AI for HR training in Lucerne

AI for HR, part of the AI Workshop programme, delivers private four-hour and full-day workshops at client workplaces in Lucerne and Central Switzerland, or online. All sessions are delivered in English.

Lucerne brings together tourism, hospitality, education, services and owner-led SMEs. The programme can prioritise seasonal onboarding, employee communication, recruiting preparation, learning content and operational meeting follow-up. The method is designed to remain usable by compact HR teams after the workshop.

The team leaves with tested workflow patterns, reusable instructions, a review checklist and a focused 30-day pilot. AI prepares; HR reviews; people decide.
