# AI for HR programme — Switzerland

AI for HR is a practical in-house programme for HR business partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, internal communication and HR leadership teams.

Core format: one full day. Alternatives: four-hour focused workshop, 90-minute executive briefing or a multi-session series. Delivery is in-house in Switzerland or online, exclusively in English.

Approved tool environments can include Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude or Claude for Work. The programme is adapted only to tools approved by the client organisation.

AI Workshop Switzerland is a Microsoft Partner and a Claude Partner Network Preferred Services Partner. AI Workshop was selected for the Swiss Innovation Challenge 2026.

The five modules cover: mapping HR work; employee and policy communication; recruitment and onboarding support; learning and follow-up; fairness, privacy and adoption.

Participants leave with HR workflow cards, an approved instruction pack, a fairness and review checklist, and a 30-day pilot map with named human owners.
